A checked flannel that evokes vintage fabric, translating the atmosphere of old work shirts directly into a modern piece. From the nap to the color expression, the finish is tuned to feel period-correct. The defining feature is a unique cigarette pocket seen on 1940s work shirts—detail born from utility, carrying strong era context and the scent of labor. Stains and abrasion from work are rendered realistically, and repairs over torn areas are recreated to suggest a garment kept and worn on the job for years.
