BOW WOWのウエスタンパンツ。

アメリカのワーク／ミリタリーウエアに見られる、用途から形が決まった実用トラウザーズを背景にした一本。ポケット位置や腰回りのゆとり、丈夫な縫製など、装飾ではなく「働く・動く」ための合理性が、結果として独特のシルエットを生み出してきた。

ウエスタンランチウエアに見られる装飾的なポケットラインがこのアイテムの大きな特徴となっている。

50年代のスペシャルビンテージである黒ウェスタンパンツは、騎乗や牧場仕事の実用品から発達しながら、ステージ衣装やロックカルチャーでは装飾性の高い服へ変化した。カウボーイ的な記号を日常のパンツへ落とし込んでデザイン。

This piece draws inspiration from the practical work pants found in American work and military wear, where the design is dictated by function. Features such as pocket placement, roominess around the waist, and sturdy stitching—all driven by the practicality of “working and moving” rather than decoration—have ultimately created a unique silhouette.
The decorative pocket lines seen in Western ranch wear are a major feature of this item.
These black Western pants, a special vintage piece from the 1950s, evolved from practical garments used for horseback riding and ranch work into highly decorative clothing for stage costumes and rock culture. The design incorporates cowboy-inspired motifs into everyday pants.
