アメリカの学校、スポーツチーム、軍のトレーニングなどで日常的に使われてきたスウェットパンツを背景にした一本。運動着として生まれた簡潔な構造は、色が抜けたりすることで、古着ならではの個人的な表情へ変わっていく。

日焼け、洗濯、摩擦を重ねた乾いた退色を大きな特徴としている。BOW WOWでは整い過ぎた復刻ではなく、持ち主の生活や用途が後から服に刻まれたような状態を先に想定し、その“時間の痕跡”まで含めて新品のプロダクトとして組み立てている。

This collection is inspired by sweatpants that have been a staple in American schools, sports teams, and military training. The simple design, originally created for athletic wear, takes on a unique, personal character—distinctive to vintage clothing—as the color fades over time.
A key characteristic is the dry, faded look resulting from repeated exposure to sunlight, washing, and friction. Rather than producing overly polished reproductions, BOW WOW envisions a state where the garment’s owner’s lifestyle and usage are imprinted on it over time, and assembles these items as brand-new products that incorporate even those “traces of time.”
